Just join the Discord Server, head to Support category and open the Ticket by clicking on the Take Order button. The private channel will be created and then you will see further information how to order your bot.

We accept MasterCard, Visa Credit Cards and PayPal. Maybe we will add Crypto Payments in the future.

It depends what problem the bot has. If it's simple error, we will fix it and the bot will run as a new one. If the error is hard and we can't fix it, we give full refund for the bot.
